STAAR MASTER® Professional Development and Coaching
Our professional development offering blends in-person professional development and job-embedded coaching to implement instructional strategies for product implementation, learning recovery, and increasing student engagement with STAAR MASTER®. ECS Learning Systems is approved by TEA to provide teacher CPE hours. By participating in STAAR MASTER® professional development sessions, teachers will earn service hours toward certification renewals. Additionally, educators will experience a holistic approach to personalized learning, standards preparation, interactive implementation of their STAAR MASTER® product(s), and social-emotional learning in inclusive classrooms.
Continuous Education
ECS Learning Systems is a TEA-approved provider of Continuous Professional Education (CPE) hours! Every teacher attending STAAR MASTER® professional development sessions may earn credit toward their certification renewals.
What We Believe In
Research-based videos and articles provide teachers with real-world examples of best practice with small group strategies, including several from Texas school districts.
Teachers have frequent opportunities to plan and journal improvements to their teaching practices as they incorporate the use of STAAR MASTER® materials.
Our modules introduce teachers to four overlapping instructional approaches, which help to frame reflection and discussion at multiple points.
Practical activities completed during sessions help teachers plan dynamic strategies using STAAR MASTER® materials with real-time guidance from peers and presenter.
